The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, if changed from time to time by the organisers.

The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport or Aadhaar card or Voter id or Driving License)

The applicant must agree to pay the registration fee of ₹999/- (Excluding Govt. Tax) which is (non refundable)

There can be more than 10 lacs registration for the above mention event.

The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.

Charges paid towards the participation in the contest are non-refundable

The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract.

The date and artist of the events can be changed as per the organisers and the applicant cant claim anything.

The organisers are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.

The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.

The Applicant underneath and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendo or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants through any form, be it oral or written and/or by actions will be grounds for disqualification, without question incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to during or after participations.

The organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk & responsibility.

The winner of the preliminary round will be selected from each state and union territories of India.

The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.

In the event of any dispute, the organisers decision is final. Incorrect information will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to , during or after participation.

After being selected as a finalist, the finalist cannot quit or back out. In that case there will be no refund & actions will be taken against the finalist for misguiding the organization.

The applicant permits India’s Global Fashion Icon – 2025 to send contest/event related information promotional content and reminders through SMS.

The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
